Excellent, Excellent Service! My car was overheating. Patty got me in quickly, mechanic diagnosed the problem. Parts department had the part in stock so they were able to fix the problem and get me back on the road within bout an hour and half! I'm ever so Thankful and Blessed to have Patty, the Mechanic and Parts department to take care of my vehicle. Big Thank You Again! Greatly Appreciate Your Kind, Friendly Service!!

Consulted with service adviser about a transmission service given my Colorado has over 60,000 Imiles. Based on that I had Bortz go ahead and do the service. Due to my forgetfulness I arrived two hours late but they graciously went ahead and took care of my truck anyway. They called me in the afternoon that it was finished. When I arrived to pick it up it was ready to go with an outstanding wash job as well. They always take good care of me and my Colorado at Bortz . That's why I have been a customer over 20 years and can't think of buying a Chevy anywhere else.

Bortz Chevrolet Service was great. My daughter was leaving town and her vehicle was overdue for service. They fit me in the next morning to service her car so she could head back to school safely and have her vehicle serviced to carry her through to summer break. Thank you! Can't beat peace of mind!
