Technology Highlights
The Colorado has plenty of standard equipment. Trims are fitted with an 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, USB ports, and wireless phone charging. The Google Built-In feature that handles personalized functions is an option. Safety features include forward-collision and lane-departure warning, automated emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist.
Design & Styling
For 2023, the 6-foot-2-inch truck bed is replaced by a 5-foot-2-inch bed. Also, it is only available with a CrewCab. There are 5 trims: Work Truck (WT), LT, Z71, ZR2, and the new Trail Boss. Visually appealing metallic paint colors include Nitro Yellow, Glacier Blue, Sand Dune, Sterling Gray, Harvest Bronze, Radiant Red, and Summit White and Black.

In 2020, it received the Best Buy Award for a midsize pickup, and in 2017 the 5-Year Cost to Own award from Kelley Blue Book. In 2017, it was named the Most Wanted Midsize Truck by Edmunds.
